Board Application Board Application Applicants are reviewed by the nominating committee consisting of a set of current and past board members. You will be contacted for the scheduling of a face to face interview. Should we need additional information, a member of the Nominating Committee will be in touch. On-boarding typically takes place in July, or when a vacancy exists. A Board term consists of three years, not to exceed two consecutive terms. Board members are specifically charged with the duties of care, loyalty and obedience. It is expected that board members attend the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors, serve on at least one operating committee.
